远红外激光等离子体散射系统的校准方法

本文依据多普勒效应,提出了利用转动细针对远红外激光的散射来模拟等离子体源对远红外激光的散射,从而对远红外激光等离子体散射系统进行校准,为完成等离子体散射实验作好准备。     

PECVDSiON薄膜的工艺控制,性质及其潜在应用

研究了等离子增强化学气相淀积氮氧化硅薄膜的工艺控制、性质以及薄膜波导在超大规模集成电路光互连中的潜在应用。     

(Ni0.81Fe0.19)1-xCrx作为种子层对NiFe/FeMn交换偏置的影响

采用一种新的种子层材料:(Ni081Fe019)1-xCrx,通过改变种子层中Cr原子的含量,使得在其上生长的NiFeFeMn双层膜的织构和晶粒尺寸产生极大的差异,系统研究了NiFeFeMn双层膜中FeMn晶粒尺寸和织构对交换偏置的影响.实验结果表明,在FeMn的γ相(111)织构较好的前提下,交换偏置场的大小与织构的差异没有关系;FeMn的晶粒尺寸对交换偏置场有很大影响,较小的反铁磁层晶粒对交换偏置场有利,过大的反铁磁层晶粒不利于交换偏置场.将(Ni081Fe019)05Cr05与传统的种子层材料Ta进 关键词： 交换偏置 晶粒尺寸 织构 种子层     

用多焦点全息透镜实现多重谱分数傅里叶变换

提出用多焦点全息透镜实现多重谱分数傅里叶变换.利用全息方法通过一次曝光制作出多焦点的全息透镜,分析了用此全息元件实现这种变换的条件,并在实验上实现了多重谱分数傅里叶变换. 实验结果表明这种变换方法简便可行,可广泛应用于多通道光学信息处理系统及多目标图像识别系统中.     

信用担保风险的模糊综合评审研究

信用担保机构是连接银行和企业的桥梁，对于改善企业融资环境和拓展银行业务具有重要意义，信用担保风险的评审是担保机构能否生存及有效运行的关键。信用风险的评审机制主观性强，对担保项目进行客观，公正的评审比较困难。本采用模糊数学中的综合判别方法，全面考虑风险评审所涵盖的各种风险指标及其重要度，建立了定性分析与定量分析方法相结合的信用担保风险综合评审模型，为担保机构提供了一种相对科学、客观的评审方法。     

Cell detection based on protein array using modified glass slides

A protein array for cell detection was fabricated by spotting different antibodies on modified glass slides. Glass slides were modified to allow antibodies to be immobilized on it and to selectively bind antigens. Antibodies were specially selected with the cells to be detected as targets, which permitted target cells in samples to bind specifically to the array with little nonspecific binding. Results can be obtained by directly putting the samples onto the array for 1 h or a little longer to let the cells specifically interact with the antibodies. After washing the unbound samples away, images were observed with a microscope and captured with a CCD camera. The assessment of antibody-cell binding was evaluated by capturing red blood cells (RBCs) in human blood with blood group antibodies (anti-A and anti-B). Blood group antibodies were spotted on the modified glass slide and kept at 4<.deg> degrees C overnight for immobilization. Human blood samples diluted to different concentrations were used to examine the sensitivity and specificity of the method.     

Synthesis of Thiourea Derivatives on Soluble Polymeric Support

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.     

Preparation and characterization O-lauroyl chitosan/poly (L-lactic acid) blend membranes by solution-casting approach

O-Lauroyl chitosan/poly(L-lactide) (OCS/PLLA) blend membranes with different compositions were prepared by solution-casting approach using chloroform as common solvent. The experimental results of FT-IR, DSC and WAXD indicated that inter-association hydrogen-bond interactions existed between OCS and PLLA in the blend membranes. And SEM observation confirmed that the blend membranes with suitable compositions were compatible.
